Adams Protein Bun Chia-Curcuma Baking Mixture with approx. 30 g high-quality protein and 17 g fiber per fully baked bun, with only 1.6 g carbohydrates and 3.8 g fat. With prebiotic fiber and a delicious combination of chia seeds and Indian turmeric *.  Adams Brot only use selected natural raw materials and crystal salt.

The selected ingredients complement each other to create a valuable, balanced amino acid balance.

Method of preparation:
Very simple - knead the baking mixture with 230 ml of lukewarm water to form a dough. Shape the dough into 4 even rolls (ideally with our Adams Basic bamboo fiber as a rolling aid, wipe excess bamboo fiber off the rolls by hand). Slightly cut into the top of the rolls and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients: Vital wheat protein, milk protein, gold flax flour *, sunflower protein *, coconut flour *, chia seeds, bamboo fiber, ground turmeric, apple fiber, crystal salt, yeast. (* partially deoiled)
