Walnut Bread, a delicious protein bread mix with selected walnuts and a combination of vital wheat protein, milk protein concentrate and sunflower protein. Delicious and very easy to bake. Apple fiber and walnuts give the bread a savory flavor. AdamsBrot only use selected natural raw materials and crystal salt.

Method of preparation:
Very simple - add 220 ml of lukewarm water to the baking mixture and knead by hand for about 2 minutes to form a dough. Shape a Baguette from a dough, place on a baking tray and notch crosswise several times. Cover the Baguette with a cloth and leavein a warm place to rise for approx. 45 min. Then brush the surface with a little water and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for approx. 40-45 minutes - done. Please note - the dough doubles its volume during baking! Store in a cool and dry place.
