Method of preparation:

Very simple - mix the baking mixture with 380 ml of water to form a dough. Shape the dough into a loaf, place on a baking sheet or put in a greased mold (silicone mold) and bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes - done. Store in an airy place or in the refrigerator. Makes approx. 550 g bread. The bread is made a little firmer with the addition of 380 ml water, the bread becomes even more airy with the addition of 30 ml additional water.
