Sukrin Fibre Bread is a gluten-free, low-carb, high-fibre bread mix that allows you to bake fresh, nutritious bread at home — with no kneading or rising time required! Simply mix with water, let it rest briefly, and bake.

Method of preparation:
You will need: a mixture for baking bread, water.
Add 300-350 ml of water to 250 g of the mixture and mix. Wait 5 minutes and bake in the oven at 175° C (loaf-60-70 minutes, buns-25-30 minutes). A pack of 250 g of the mixture gives about 530 g of ready-made bread.
Ingredients: Seeds and kernels (sunflower, psyllium, sesame, pumpkin, linseed), fibre (sugar beet, oat, peas), sesame flour, pea protein, defatted linseed flour, flavour enhancer (erythritol), mineral salt (potassium chloride, sodium chloride), leavening agent (disodium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate).
