Low-carbohydrate, protein wrap baking mix with 33 g high quality protein and only 2 g carbohydrates per 90 g wrap. 

Vital wheat protein paired with milk protein and gold flaxseed flour result in a good amino acid profile.

The contained bamboo fibers promote digestion. Since the bamboo fiber consists of 98% dietary fiber and hardly contains any protein, the fiber does not turn brown during baking and remains tasteless.

Bamboo fiber can also be used excellently for a pizza stone (non-stick property).
