Very tasty whole-grain bread containing only 2.5% carbohydrates. Gluten-free, milk-free and yeast-free. Does not contain added sugar or grains. 21 g of fiber per 100 g of bread. 36% fewer calories and 94% fewer carbohydrates than regular whole wheat bread.

Method of preparation:
You will need: a mixture for baking bread, water.
Add 300-350 ml of water to 250 g of the mixture and mix. Wait 5 minutes and bake in the oven at 175° C (loaf-60-70 minutes, buns-25-30 minutes). A pack of 250 g of the mixture gives about 530 g of ready-made bread.
Ingredients: seeds (plantain, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, sesame, Flaxseed), fiber from sugar beet, peas and chicory, FiberFin (natural corn starch), egg powder, pea protein, sukrin (erythritol), mineral salt (sodium chloride and potassium chloride) irritant (bicarbonate, diphosphate).
