With continuous and vigorous stirring, add 20 g of powder (2.5 scoops) to 175 ml of boiling water (approx. ¾ cup). Mix intensively for about one minute until smooth. Eat immediately after preparation. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
