With continuous and vigorous stirring, add 32 g of powder (4.5 scoops) to 175 ml of boiling water (approx. 3⁄4 cup). Mix intensively for about one minute until smooth. Eat immediately after preparation. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Keep out of the reach of children, in a dry place, at the temperature 15-25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Fish collagen peptides (hydrolysed), modified starch, sweetener: erythritol; beet juice concentrate in powder, freeze-dried strawberry (3%), flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sweetener: sucralose; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), retinyl acetate (vitamin A).
