Mimoza is arguably the second most popular New year's salad, though it's less associated with the festivities. Keto mimosa can also be served at other festivals or as a daily lunch.
Mimozu keto is easy to cook for the New year. The only thing that deserves special attention is the amount of mayonnaise. It is measured between product layers, it is important to follow the measure here. No one wants to eat a dry salad, but neither do fish and eggs drowning in mayonnaise.
Ingredients for keto mimosa

- 200 g fish (saira or herring)
- 200 g cauliflower
- 100 g carrots
- 60 g onions
- 4 eggs
- 300 g mayonnaise
- Salt, pepper
Mimosa recipe for keto New year
Novara the cabbage, carrots and eggs. Crush all ingredients except carrots and eggs.
Separate the egg whites and yolks, grate both separately.
Grate the carrots too.
Pour the onions with boiling water and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water. Mix with cabbage.
