Keto dough for making bread, buns and baguettes

One of the most important ingredients in the diet is bread. Make really delicious, healthy bread, buns or baguettes suitable for your diet.

Mix the dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly.

Mix the eggs into a homogeneous mass.

Pour the dry mass into a table mixer and stirring the mass, add the egg mass.

Add vinegar and hot water to the mixer while stirring.

The mass should be stirred at all times to prevent the dough from forming a lump of psillium powder.

When the dough is ready, the hands are greased with coconut oil and form the desired shape. We recommend dividing the dough into 3-4 parts and try baguettes, buns.

Put in the oven for 20min at 180C and then for another 30min with baking mode - a fan that will make the dough extra airy.
