Ingredients:
Nori leaves – 3
Régime Rice – 140 g
Avocado – 1/2
Red pepper – 1/2
Cucumber – 1/4
Wasabi
Sesame seeds
Preparation
method:
Step 1.
Prepare the Régime rice.
Rinse the rice as directed on the packaging. To make it sticky, put 140 g of
Régime rice in salted water (500ml) and cook over low heat for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Put the rice in a bowl and let it cool for 20 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Then put it in the fridge for another 20 minutes.
After cooling, the rice
will be sticky and suitable for making sushi.
Step 2.
Lay a nori sheet on a rolling
mat and place the rice on top. Spread the rice, leaving at least 1 centimeter
of space from the edges of the nori sheet. If you want, you can spread a little
wasabi paste on the rice.
Step 3.
Now cut the avocado,
pepper and cucumber into thin strips. Divide the vegetables over the rice base.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Carefully roll up the sushi roll.
Cut into pieces and serve
with soy sauce and wasabi paste.
