Adams Basic 100% natural, fruity-dark fine apple fiber is rich in soluble and insoluble fiber. It is obtained from dried apple pomace in a gentle process. 

Soluble dietary fibers have a prebiotic effect in the body and insoluble dietary fiber promotes digestion in the human body.

The polyphenols and pectin they contain are used in many health benefits.

Excellent in dark baked goods like bread. In particular, low-carbohydrate bread mixes lack a hearty taste. The apple fiber gives the bread a rye-like touch.

Also very good for fruit fillings, biscuits, muesli, yoghurt or drinks for a fruity note and for enriching fiber.
