Method of preparation: Very simple - knead the baking mixture with 180 ml of water and, if necessary, with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until a dough is formed. Wipe off excess bamboo fiber by hand, place the dough on a greased baking sheet and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
