Low-carb flatbread baking mix, with 32.5 g of high-quality protein and only 1.4 g of carbohydrates, soy-free.
The mix has a good amino acid balance due to wheat and milk protein and golden flaxseed flour.
Bamboo fiber aids digestion and positively affects intestinal function.
Preparation method: Mix the contents of the package with 180 ml of warm water by hand for about 2 minutes to form the dough. Place it on baking paper or a buttered baking sheet and roll out the flatbread to a height of approximately 1 cm (diameter 20 cm), optionally sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 35 minutes. Then bake at 180 °C (convection) for approximately 18–20 minutes.
You get about 280 g of the finished product.
