Method of preparation:
For the cake base: Mix the entire cake mix with about 420ml water. Pour the dough into a greased pan and bake at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
For gluten-free pancakes: mix one serving (35g) with 90ml water. Immediately place the dough in a greased frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
For gluten-free waffles: mix one serving (35g) with 60ml water, pour the batter into a preheated, greased waffle iron and bake over medium heat.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Best up to 12 months.
