Cooking method:
Add 2 eggs, 20g oil/butter and 150ml water or other liquid of your choice, such as milk.
You can use many types of liquid in pancakes, such as plant milk, cream mixed with water, sour cream mixed with water.
Just be sure to adjust the amount for the right consistency.
Stir thoroughly and let the dough rest for about 5 minutes. Cook the pancakes over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
One package = 8 - 10 pancakes.
