Method of preparation:
You will need: Universal baking mix, eggs (4 PCs), oil (100 ml), water.
Preheat the oven to 175º C, whisk 4 eggs, 150ml water and 100ml oil together in a bowl. Add the cake mix and beat until the dough is smooth. Then pour into a 24 cm greased mold or into cupcake pans. Bake a large pie for about 35 minutes. Bake the cupcakes for about 20 minutes. Provides approximately 760 g of ready-made pie.
Ingredients: sweeteners erythritol (sukrin) and xylitol, corn starch, pea protein, FiberFin (natural resistant corn starch), sesame flour, fiber (chicory, pea fiber, psyllium), potato starch, baking powder (bicarbonate, disodium phosphate), salt, stabilizer (carrageenan), emulsifier (mono - and diglycerides), flavor, acidity regulator (citric acid).
