Xylitol-based mixture for making 3 kilograms of jam: 2 kilograms of fruit or berries + 1 kg of the mixture. Intended for sour fruits: cherries, currants, gooseberries, green apples. Contains citric acid and pectin to produce the perfect jam consistency. To prepare the jelly, take a ratio of 1.6 : 1.

Method of preparation: 

You will need: the pulp of berries or fruits, a mixture, water.

Mix the fruit pulp and the mixture in a 2 to 1 ratio. If necessary, add a little water. Pour into a saucepan, put on a medium heat and cook until foaming. Cook and stir for 3-5 minutes. When you pour the jam from the pot into the jars using a ladle, keep the pot on the stove over low heat.

Important: Cans and lids must be perfectly clean. The shelf life of jam in uncooled form is from one year.

Ingredients: Sweetener: xylitol; gelling agent: pectin; acidifier: citric acid.

ATTENTION: when using a single dose of xylitol more than 30 grams can act as a laxative.

IMPORTANT: Keep in areas that are inaccessible to animals! Even a small amount of xylitol, which is contained in the product, is dangerous for dogs. Contraindications for cats are not observed.
