Method of preparation:
Very simple - knead the baking mixture with 230 ml of lukewarm water to form a dough. Shape the dough into 4 even rolls (ideally with our Adams Basic bamboo fiber as a rolling aid, wipe excess bamboo fiber off the rolls by hand). Slightly cut into the top of the rolls and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) for about 30 minutes.
