Our low carb *, high protein (77%) protein noodles can be made in the same way as regular pasta. The production uses pea protein and 20% fresh eggs, which ensures a good amino acid balance. With only 3.2 g of carbohydrates and 77 g of protein per 100 g, alla Eva pasta is a good alternative to traditional pasta. Like all AdamsBrot products, our noodles are made without soy.

Cooking method:
Put pasta in boiling water, salt and cook for 15 minutes. From 100 g of raw noodles, approximately 290 g of the finished product is obtained.
